Chef Jae Mackenzie

Compart Family Farms is thrilled to announce the hiring of Jae Mackenzie as the company’s new Executive Chef. With over 30 years of culinary experience, Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional culinary inspiration to our distribution partners and their end-user partners.

Jae Mackenzie joins us from Hank’s Brokerage, Dallas, Texas where he excelled as a Reginal Chef, developing culinary masterpieces for large food and beverage tradeshows. Jae Mackenzie was also the executive chef at Royal Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas, where he excelled for 9 years, crafting innovative menus that showcased his culinary creativity. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Old Overton Club in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, gaining recognition for his outstanding culinary skills and commitment to excellence. A proud honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Mackenzie has a passion for blending traditional cooking techniques with modern flavors, making him a formidable addition to the Compart Family Farms team.

In his role as Executive Chef, Mackenzie will oversee all culinary operations, develop new product offerings featuring premium Compart Duroc pork that not only highlight the finest ingredients but also reflect the values of Compart Family Farms.
