Ingredients:
  • 1 Compart Duroc pork loin roast (about 2–3 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Prep Instructions:

Combine oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the pork loin. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear all sides of the roast, then move to indirect heat.
  2. Cover and cook until internal temp reaches 145°F (about 45–60 minutes depending on thickness).
