Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Compart Duroc ground pork
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 brioche or potato buns
  • For the Slaw:
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • Salt to taste
Prep Instructions:
  1.  In a bowl, gently mix ground pork with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Form into 4 patties.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine slaw ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Grill burgers over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  2.  Toast buns, then layer burgers with slaw and your favorite condiments.
