Compart Duroc Pork Skewers

Juicy pork marinated and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Compart Duroc pork tenderloin, cut into 1.5” cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini
  • sliced 1 bell pepper
  • chopped Wooden skewers (soaked)
  • Marinade: ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • minced 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Instructions:

1. Combine marinade ingredients and toss with pork. Chill for 1–2 hours.

2. Thread pork and vegetables onto skewers.

Cooking Instructions:

1.Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork reaches 140–145°F.

2. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
