Pork Shoulder Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 Compart Duroc pork shoulder (4–6 lbs)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Toppings: Corn salsa, slaw, pickled onions, avocado, fresh lime, cilantro and Warm tortillas
Cooking Instructions:
1. Combine spices and rub over pork shoulder. Let sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
2. Smoke or grill over indirect heat at 250°F for 6–8 hours, until internal temp reaches 203°F.
3. Let rest 1 hour, then shred.
4. Serve in tortillas with toppings of your choice.
