Compart Duroc Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1 rack Compart Duroc baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Glaze: ¼ cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Prep Instructions:
1. Remove membrane from ribs. Pat dry.
2. Mix dry rub and apply generously to both sides. Let sit for 30–60 minutes.
3. Preheat grill for indirect heatat 275°F.
Cooking Instructions:
4. Grill ribs for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
5. In last 30 minutes, brush ribs with glaze every 10 minutes.
6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
